How can I change the settings so that the image downloads to computer rather than downloading to AI or Library?

I can see that I've licensed the image but am unable to download it.

Sorry but that sort of functionality is not available so I won't be able to send you the file. I expect it will be resolved in the next couple of days. Will appreciate your patience.

Although it seems to be every image I want to download now defaults to 'Download in AI' rather than 'Download to Computer' and it won't let me change it back.

We have identified the issue and our engineering team is working to fix it. We have a workaround for this. Save the image to a new library and then download it. Let me know if you require further assistance.

Unfortunately I am unable to access libraries due to incompatibility with our company’s IT systems.

Are you able to send me the image (as an AI) while your engineering team sort out the fix?

Kind regards

Hi E.O.,

It seems we have two issues here. First, there is currently a bug on the website that if you use the "open in" feature the site gets stuck and if you try to download or add the file to an existing library you cannot. To work around this create a new library and after that download your file or add it to the desired library.

The second issue, not being able to access your libraries from within your apps. I would like to learn more about how this is "incompatible" with your companies IT systems. One of the benefits of using Creative Cloud is being able to access your libraries. Feel free to send me a direct message via the forums to discuss this further.
