Can't click "Save" or click "My Themes"

Like the title says, I can't click "Save" or click "My Themes". Nothing happens!

I've tried different browsers and cleared by cache probably a million times. Is it an issue with my account?

2. Which browser you are using to sign in to color.adobe.com ?

3. From which country you are accessing color website ?

4. Provide us the email id being used by you to sign in color services?

1. I'm using Windows 10.

2. I'm using Google Chrome

3. I'm accessing the website from Norway

4. My email id is oyvind.remme@gmail.com

I've had this problem when trying to log on several devices. I'm suspecting it maybe has something to do with my Adobe ID?
