My Entire Application is Blown Up and Magnified

Hey, so I just updated some graphics drivers on my computer, and when I opened photoshop, everything was super magnified. This doesn't happen in any other application (as shown in the photos) can someone help fix it? I'm stuck!

In photoshop go to Edit>Preferences>Interface and set the UI Scaling to 100% and restart photoshop.
