AE has started to create these mysterious spots on preview timeline where it crashes. This happens with precomposed layers that have 3D-layers inside them. So whenever I'm trying to preview the file there's a certain point in which the whole software crashes. What can I do? This really affects my workflow and speed which is starting to be very problematic as the deadlines are approaching. So please could someone tell me if there's a solution to this problem?
PS. This 14.2 version is the worst AE version ever. By a thousands of miles. I f*cking hate it. Please give us update soon.

Does it always crash at the same point? Is there a video at the point that might have problems? (Dropping frames?.)
Sorry that you're having this issue.

This has been happening with several materials and in several spots of timeline. There's been mostly text layers in those precomposed comps.

Have you updated to 14.2.1?
Are you using the ray-traced renderer, C4D renderer, or Classic renderer?

My version is actually 14.2.1.34 and I'm using ray-traced renderer.

Sometimes it helps that I import those comps to another project but still this is really annoying and affects negatively to my working speed which leads to making low-quality material just because I'm not having enough time. I'm very disappointed in this version and would like to know if there's any way to get refunds from these past couple of months.?

I've been trying to solve this with the help of your customer servant via 24h-chat and he wasn't able to solve it. He suggested that there's something wrong with my computer but I had our technical support to look at it and they didn't find anything. All the other softwares are working properly.
My support suggested that there's something wrong with how your softwares work with PCs nowadays. Maybe you should look into that. I don't know.
What do you mean by OS? My processor is Intel Core i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz
System type is 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Today this crashing went overboard when I couldn't even delete certain 3D-layers from my comp. Thanks to AE, we weren't able to get material done by the deadline and the show wasn't as expected. So thank you very much for this inconvenience. I'm really starting to consider Final Cut.
