Acrobat DC on Windows 10 Pro. First time with this issue though a longtime user. When returning 10s, or 100s of search results I have over the years routinely used <ctrl> + G to advance to the next result or <ctrl> + <shift> + G for the previous result. The next/previous result is highlighted in both the search results context panel and on the desktop view of the page. I am experiencing an issue where the next/previous result on shortcut use moves to the next/previous result in the search results context panel ONLY . . . the highlighted result on the desktop does not move to the next/previous result.Actions taken include: (1) trying a different document search; (2) computer reboot; (3) Acrobat repair; (4) search on forum for the shortcut issue
I would appreciate any feedback on this.

Hi Richardr,
Sorry for the delay in response.
As you have mentioned above, the shortcut keys for the next and previous search result.
Please make sure that the application is updated to the latest patch released.
As you are on Windows, launch the application and go to Help menu > Check for updates.
Also, you can check the dot version of the application installed on your system. Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
Refer this help document for more information on updates: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader
Try once to reset the preferences of the application.
You may refer the steps provided here: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.
Check if it helps.
If you still experience the issue, please share the dot version of the Adobe application you are using.
It will be helpful if you can share any document on which the issue is replicable. How to share a document
