So if i buy a laptop that has NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 with 6GB GDDR5 as a graphic card i wont be able to 3d render?

The ray-traced renderer is considered obsolete by Adobe, so I wouldn't worry about it at all.
The new GPU-accerated effects work just fine on the GPU you're getting. Same for third-party plugins that render on the GPU like Element, Red Giant Universe, Trapcode, and Zaxwerks - they'll work just fine with it.

I have the same card. That's way more than enough. You'll have zero problems with that.
