Accidently licensed image.

I just got Adobe Stock, I accidently hit licence for this file: pull up color - image | Adobe Stock

How do I reverse this if I haven't used this image at all?

Hi Hafeez,

As you have accidentally licensed the above-mentioned image, I have added an image credit to your account so that you can license a different image instead.
