Dear Photoshop community,

My photoshop couldn't get started since last week. There was an error prompt to reload the application manager.

However, when I tried reinstalling, my existing photoshop application got uninstalled instead.

The error message says "Installer failed to initialize".

I could not reinstall since even when I tried to run the Creative Cloud set-up again.

Does anyone knows how I can solve this issue?

Appreciate some advice.

With Gratitude!

- Tancc

Issue addressed.

Had a "Chat" with customer support.

Did a "clean-up" with Adobe Cleaner Tool to help uninstall Creative Cloud. Spent almost 2 hrs to troubleshoot and finally managed to fully uninstall the programme and reinstall it back.

Photoshop functioning well again.

Thanks to Adobe support staff, Arunima!
