i want to make changes in toolbar of adobe photoshop cs4 stonehenge version

hello everyone, i have adobe photoshop cs4 stonehenge version installed in my laptop, my assistant do improper usage of magic wand tool, and spoil lot of my pictures, i want to make him use lasso tool and just to let him do selection manully.

so my question is, how to remove or hide totally, the MAGIC WAND TOOL from the toolbar, is there any cheat or something technical change, if someone know these please reply me, i shall be thankful

CS4 did not allow for customisation of the Toolbar by default.

I think Configurator 2 worked with CS4 and allowed creating custom Panels combining Tools, Menu items, … but it was an Adobe Labs offering that is no longer being developed and the installer may not be online anymore.
