Can't add or make changes on my computer

I am trying to download flash player, but when it comes to signing into my account to allow the changes, my account information isn't accepted. It is a used computer. I believe i need a way to bypass the original administrator on this computer...I'm not sure.

I'm assuming this is on  a Mac, if so, the account information is your login information, assuming you have administrator permissions.  See What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? for assistance.

What error, if any, are you getting?

Is the account you are using an Admin account?  Flash Player requires Admin permissions to install, as it writes to elevated file system locations.
