I got no idea how to find it, but here's the name of the other lion:

I just was quick browsing Stock templates to demonstrate coloring in Ps, so we accidentally clicked it twice on the box, so I'm not sure where the licensing  files are.

I have checked your account and noticed that the image number mentioned (118064271) has only been licensed once. It might be possible that you have downloaded the same image twice.
