I have the 2017 version of Photoshop and it keeps crashing whilst doing the simplest tasks, I've followed steps from help forums to stop this from happening and it worked for a while but is now crashing every 10 minutes or less. 'Im using windows 10, my computer can run Archicad, Sketchup and Rhino software at the same time seamlessly so i know my computer is not the issue. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you

Hi Merewalesimyrle,

Could you please let us know when does Ps crash?
Also, could you please share the crash logs from the event viewer?

Regards,

Sahil

Hi Sahil,
It usually crashes a few times at the start maybe every 15- 20 minutes or so and is then crashing only every once in a while after that. Is this the right event viewer?

- Thank you

atio6axx.dll would be your Display device driver.  Make sure you have the latest device driver from the AMD web site for your adapter installed into your Windows system....
