SVG imported files into Muse

I am importing logos and other icons as .svg files from illustrator but Muse is showing strange results. Sometimes they don't show, or show with a huge amount of space around and if I try and adjust the fitting, it doesn't show at all. Can anyone advise if Muse is testing svg files differently since the 2017.1 upgrade or are there specific options (responsive) when saving for Muse?
