Hi,

As you'll see in the attached screenshot, I set up a tab so that I would have periods between the Ingredients column and the words Sunscreen. However, for some reason there is an empty space or two before the periods start.

Can that be fixed so that there are no empty spaces and its all periods until the word "Sunscreen". If so, please explain how.

Thanks!

Isn't that the default and normal behaviour?

If you want to reduce or eliminate that space, you could place the cursor after the percent character and then choose an appropriate kerning setting in the Characters palette.

There might be a space.

Try and Show hidden characters (from the Type menu) then you'll see them.
