Cant log in to synchronise

Dear all,

I face the problem that I cant login with my details in order to synchronise my pics.

The thing were I enter my detail just does not continue working after I have entered my email& password. (see status below)

I deinstalled and installed lightroom a hundred times but it does not help at all.

Funnily, I tried with one other laptop and there login and synchronising worked just perfectly.

Try the following:

• New user on the same computer.
• If that works, reset the preferences. How to set Lightroom preferences
