Hi there,

I am exporting and epub out of InDesign and I am using float left and right with text wrap. I am finding that if there is more than one line of text in the caption, it is getting cut off. How can I fix this issue?

Thanks,

Leslee

What version of InDesign? What version of EPUB? Reflowable or fixed layout?

What epub reader(s) are being used?

Thanks for getting back to me.

I am using the latest version of CC, Epub 3, flowable layout, and currently viewing on iBooks.

Cheers

Screenshots from InDesign and iBooks might be helpful.

What if you add some breathing room on the bottom of the frame? Try an inset on the bottom using the text frame options.

That will likely result in you having to open the frame up a bit.

That does not fix the issue. The only way I can figure out how to do it is expand the frame in general, and this does not work as we can be working with hundreds of images. It would be doable if object styles allowed us to set frame size. The issue has to do with the css applying height to that container. If the font sized is changed or different the text wont fit in that height.
