Issue with PDF Accessibility reading.

Though the content seems to be correct within the PDF slide, but within the tags, few words are miss spelled and the same is read in the audio screen reader.

Is there any way to edit the text within the tags instead of providing alternate text and expansion text within the PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

It is kinda of a pain but what I do is nest the misspelled word in a <Span> tag and apply the correct spelling in the Actual Text field.
