Payment with AMEX via paypal

I am trying to pay for the Creative Cloud/all aps with paypal.

In my paypal account I only have AMEX card.

but when I choose paypal chekout, I getting massage:    Please add a debit or credit card to complete your purchase

any idea what can I do?
