unable to fill and sign PDF files, someone please help me.

I used to use Adobe Reader all the time to fill out documents, but recently I have not been able to sign and fill anything. including documents that I have done so with in the past. Someone, please help me.

Sorry for the delay in response.

As per the issue description, you are unable to fill and sign pdf in Adobe Reader, is that correct?

Please try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Reboot the machine if you haven't already and try again.

2- Check if an update is available for Reader- launch Reader> click Help > select Check for Updates.

Please confirm the dot version of Reader you have on the machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

And, the operating system installed on the machine?

What happens when you Fill and Sign option in Reader? Is there any error message?
