PerformanceMonitor.exe InDesign CC Server 2017

I have installed trial version of InDesign CC Server 2017. I have found PerformanceMonitor.exe in a folder 'PerformanceMonitor' under Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CC Server 2017\.
Can anyone help me to understand it's use and how to execute it?
