Digital Edition crashing

i have installed digital editions 3.0 it works for few minutes and then crashes

i tried installing 4.5.6 but it wont open

i m having windows 7 32-bit operating system

please help

Sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with ADE.

Please let us know if it is crashing while opening any particular ebook or does it crashes randomly on any ebook?

Are you connecting ADE with any eBook device like KOBO, NOOK, etc? If yes, then please try removing the device and check if ADE still crashes.
