I removed and reinstalled Photoshop, but that didn't fix anything. Anyone encounter this before? Any thoughts?

It happened again. I turned off a group of fonts in my font manager and it was normal again. I found I had a wonky font activated, which was causing the issue.

Hi

Have you tried a preference reset?

Preferences > General > Reset Preferences on Quit - then restart Photoshop

In that case I would try another uninstall / reinstall but this time run the CC cleaner tool in between

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
