Animation Presets error..HELP!!

New to After Effectt and enjoying it very much.

My After Effect was first installed in Korean. Then I found out the names of the effects under animation presets are massed up.

(its not translation of those effects because those alphabets are meaningless.)

so I re-installed the After Effect in English through Adobe CC and yet the problem is still there.

here is what it looks like. It seems I am not the only one who is going through this problem. well at least in Korea.

Try resetting your AE preferences. See this: Reset After Effects Preferences

ummm pressing those buttons won't do anything to my AE

I am using windows 10 by the way.

If following those directions doesn't work, you may need to uninstall, remove your preferences, run the Adobe CC Cleaner app, and reinstall.
