I am signing a document but when I am trying to save it in the folder I want, I get a message that I need to save it under a different name or different folder. Any ideas how to overcome this? Using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro

Hi Nefeli,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As mentioned above, when trying to save a signed pdf, you are receiving a message to save it under a different folder or with a different name, is that correct?

If you have Windows OS installed on the machine, try turning off Preview pane in Windows Explorer and see if that works:

For Windows 10/8- launch windows explorer > click "View" in the left-hand corner > and click Preview Pane.

For Windows 7-  launch windows explorer > click "Organize" in the left-hand corner >Layout > and click Preview Pane.

Let us know how it goes.
