I looking to transfer a image through email. But due to firewall restrictions, i couldn’t able to directly attach a image and send through email.
Is there any possibility to breakdown a Image into some binary codes and email them and reconstruct the image on the other end?
This isn't a Photoshop question, and I'm not sure it is related to any Adobe software at all. However, there are many ways to accomplish this. In fact, your email client does this behind the scenes for every attachment.

Thanks for your reply Michael.
You are right, this question is rather a image manipulation based question.
I checked the link you provided, it talks about the process of binary text encoding.
I am looking more in doing it.
Can you suggest me any software, which does this function?
