Pen Pressure is not working in Photoshop CC

Hello, I have the most up to date version of Photoshop CC, as well as a Cintiq 13hd graphics tablet, and seemingly out of nowhere the program has just stopped detecting pen pressure, even after have it turned on. The other software I have detects pen pressure as they should, just not Photoshop. How do I fix this?

How do you have Wacom Pen mapping set for Photoshop?  For Photoshop I have set my Wacom Intuos Tablet's pen mapping not to use Microsoft  INK on my windows machine which requires me to add a PSUserConfig text file to my user id Photoshop cc preferences to have Photoshop to use Wintab API.   What OS are you using I know nothing about configuring Macs machines

I'm using Windows 10. I don't actually know how to check how I have Wacom Pen mapping set.
