Problem when importing psd

I'm importing layers of a psd into keyframes in animate, but some of the frames have this weird noise. I've tried changing settings, but nothing's worked so far.

first image is from photoshop, second is the same frame in animate.

This is only happening to some frames, a few are unaffected.

What is the resolution that you are using in Photoshop? Animate resolves all imported art to screen resolution. This is usually 72 dpi

In the library, what is the compression for the bitmaps in properties? Can you upload an example PSD for us to try?

What is the Mode setting in Photoshop? Like, CMYK or RGB?
