ADE 4.5.4...stops responding & closes.

What is causing this? Other times I will be half way through a book when the program stops responding, closes & won't open the book again. Each time I try it shuts down the program.

You can try this:

1) Right click on the Icon and run as admin.

2) Rename the My Digital Edition Folder under your Documents in My Digital Edition.old and start again.

3) Uninstall the current Version and install 3.0: http://www.adobe.com/support/digitaleditions/downloads.html

I'm using Win 10. It seems like it is a couple authors' books that do it. And come to think of it, I didn't have a problem with older versions...it's been doing this for a couple years. How far back would I have to go?
