Bridge will not open.

Hi.I have recently subscribed to Photoshop CC,this is my first subscription.I have 2 problems.First Bridge will not open at all and second when I open Raw files into Photoshop in Camera Raw they are not opening correctly.They look like negatives but in very bright colours.I have a Canon 7D by the way.Can anybody help me with these issues please?

Many Thanks to you that seems to have helped with opening Bridge.Any Ideas about opening the Raw files though,i am still having the same problems?

you'll probably need to clarify, "...they are not opening correctly".

When I double click on my Raw image it opens in Camera Raw but the image look like a brightly coloured negative.The colour seems to be mostly Blue but it looks like someone has gone to town with fluorescent paint!! I hope that helps you?

Uncheck "use graphics processor" in Camera Raw preferences (not Photoshop preferences).
