How to convert PDF and E-Signature

So frustrated dealing with Adobe

All shows good photos but we cannot contact one of them

There is no phone number

Adobe just make it difficult for support by showing how good you are

I only need simple assistance but took me few hours to go around still cannot get anywhere

I purchased the products for Adobe PDF convert and E-Signature.

Now I could not access or for some reasons does not work anymore after my computer been updated from Microsoft.

What exactly happening when you try to access the application?

Are you getting any error message?

to impress.

very hard and massive difficulties to go through.

As I said on my forum, I only need a very simple solution

I subscribe Adobe for PDF Convert and E signature but after updating my

computer I loss that

now I could not use PDF for convert or E signature.

I need the link for downloading it again, as my subscription is valid till

mid next year.

I wish Adobe team can understand how much frustrated I feel as a customer

who does not have much knowledge of computer.

If yes , you may download from below link :

Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X

Note:

If you have subscribed for monthly subscription you need to download via Adobe Creative Cloud app as mentioned in above help document,
