I am running Windows 10 and all Windows updates have been applied. All Photoshop CC updates have been applied. Adobe Illustrator CC maps to the network drive without a problem. Looks like this problem and question has been asked before and I don't see any resolution in the forums.
Adobe does not officly support network drives and it not Photoshop that maps network drives it is windows. Make sure windows file sharing is seup correctly to work on you network..
If AI can get to the files are you trying top get to the same ones with Photoshop? Can AI get to the files you trying to use in Photoshop?
