How to identify a specific font?

Hi,

I've got a picture that's been made in photoshop and i really like the font and color that's been used, is there anyway i can find out exactly the specific text and color as i would like to use in future myself please?

The color is easy - use the eye dropper tool. The font on the other hand... you can try using Photoshop's built in tool (I'm not a fan) that will match a font you have installed or one available in TypeKit. Or try whatthefont.com...
