problem with zoom

hello since a bit of time my zoom tool changed

normally when i was using it i had just to press z and then move my pen to the right or the left to zoom in or zoom out

but since today i don't know why the tool changed and now it work more less like a selection

i have to select what i want to see on my screen and then it zoom

and i really don't like that

any advise to put it back like it was before ?

it's ok i have reinstaled photoshop and now everythink is ok

First restart your PC. As simple as that sounds, many problems go away by clearing the memory.

If not,

Right-click on the Zoom Tool in the Option Bar, and select "Reset Tool" from the menu.

In addition to the steps advised by gener7 , check in Preferences > Performance that "Use Graphics Processor" is checked.  Scrubby zoom requires the GPU to work.

nope nothink work i have reset all tool and checked use graphic processor but it still not come back like before

and more than that i have drawn 3 hours yesterday and i don't know why but my draw is super pixelised and ugly now

Try resetting preferences (Preferences > General > reset Preferences on Quit then restart Photoshop).

If you still have a problem after that , go to Photoshop Help > System Info and click on "copy". Then post the info here.
