Put your playhead on your first visible keyframe
Click on the property to select all keyframes(including you lost one)
drag all the keyframes forward until your lost key is visible
shift-click on the lost key to deselect it
drag the rest of your keyframes back to line up with your playhead

As Donald said, Click on the property name to select all keyframes for the property. With them all selected you can drag them along the timeline till you see your lost one. Also, If you want to retime the keyframes while doing this, hold down the Alt key when you drag on the first or last keyframe in your selection. This will enable you to squash or stretch the animation.

another way to find/move it is this:
1. click the arrow to go to previous keyframe
you are now on the keyframe... wherever it is! and indication will be the blue diamond turning on
2. if you want to advance it further in time, press Alt+Right arrow - it will advance one frame, add Shift to the mix, and it will advance 10 frames... keep going until you see it appearing at the beginning of your timeline.
