Scanning Color Paper

I have some Accounting document that are differentiated by the type of checks. Purple, green yellow all men different payment.. when that scan in the batch the color paper does not scan. Nothing it's like the scanner does not see that page. if I use color image the page scans but they is scans all blank page. how cn I set up scanning to recognize the color paper and skip blank pages

This isn't something that Acrobat has direct facilities to handle.
