The colors are coming in grey scale although its showing all the colors.

Hi

I'm not sure whether you mean the image is greyscale although the colour picker still shows colors.

If so, go to Image > Mode and set it to RGB color

Please post a screenshot with all pertinent Panels (Layers, Channels, …) visible.

If the image should already be RGB are you sure you have the Composite (RGB) Channel selected?
