Fireworks scripting : Paste clipboard content into text element

i am getting the first text element ("Abhay Srivastav") of the first layer of the first opened document using below

fw.documents[0].layers[0].elems[0]

But how do i paste the clipboard content into this text element.

Can't figure it out
