HOW TO CONVERT WORD DOC ON WINDOW MICROSOFT SURFACE?

Wanted to convert a word document on window microsoft surface, but it didn't allow to convert.

Error messages listed as license has expired and/or your account is closed.  etc.

We have Acrobat Pro DC subscription and we are using Adobe Acrobat.  How to solve this problem?

As per the description above, you are getting License expired in Acrobat Pro DC subscription in your Microsoft Surface, is that correct?

The Record shows that you have an active subscription of Acrobat Pro DC on your Adobe ID, please sign out and sign back with your Adobe ID and password in Acrobat Pro DC.
