I want to create a photo like this of my own, but going through couple of diffculties.

1) I understood I need to see a tutorial of "double exposure" but the photo of my own that I want to use have a colorful background and I cant seperate it from my body. so i tried using the pen tool and it worked but not that good..

2) after I will fix the background problem I want to make a quietly white with little trees or something like the guy created the photo i refer to did. how do iam doing it ?

thanks alot to all of you!עופר יעקוב עצים.png

Look like you have the Idea you need pratice making selections better. Mask can always be made better ther a work in pregress.

You can also save selections as alpha channels and combine alpha channels  by adding to selections and calculations
