I can't open or make any project in Adobe Photoshop cs6, cc and cs5

Here's a pic of my screen. I downloaded the cc 2017 trial and that's when I found out that there's something wrong. I switched to cs6 and still the same thing happened. Eventually, I tried the cs5 and same thing happened, I did deselect the "Use Graphic Processor" and still got the same screen. I also tried uninstalling it couple times and even storing it in a different drive.

Huhuhuhuhu! Please help

What about „File->open“?

Or File> New... to start a new project.

Interesting that the Start workspace isn't visible though. It should be showing for a new install.
