Failure to open raw files - could not complete request because of a disk error

I'm trying to open raw files (Fuji .RAF) using PS CC 2017 on a brand new MBP when I get the error message above. Please advice.

PS CC 2017 has just been downloaded, the MBP is brand new and the drive/disk is empty.

Which model Fuji camera?

Which version of Camera Raw are you running?

In Photoshop, click Photoshop, About Plug-Ins > Camera Raw

I am a professional photographer and have had no issue with opening raw files before, this happened on the new computer.

I just tried to open some Canon raw files from a 5D Mark 3, same result and error message.

SOLVED!

I deleted all CC apps including the CC app itself, using the adobe installers in the utilities folder. I used Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and uninstalled Photoshop.  Then I wen't in to my /Library/Application Support/Adobe? and deleted the Photoshop and Camera Raw folders.  Then I reinstalled Photoshop CC and everything works perfectly.
