I've been searching--w/o much luck--for a codec that displays .psb thumbnails.  Fastpictureviewer displays .psd, .dng, and nef thumbnails in Windows 10 but not .psb.  Is there anything out there?

I downloaded and installed a trial version of the Ardfry software, Fastpictureviewer, after reading "You can see thumbnails for
Adobe Photoshop PSD PSB and Adobe PhotoDeluxe PDD files" on the webpage you linked to.  On my Windows 10 machine, thumbnails for .psd, .dng, and .nef files are displayed, but thrumbnails for .psb files are not.  At least, that's my experience.  I tried to contact them by email, and their email link doesn't work.

Ok, uninstall the trial and see if this will work: MysticThumbs - Image thumbnails for Windows Explorer.

I personally have no problems with Ardfry, but for the sake of moving on, try Mystic.

Thanks very much for the response.  I'll give it a try.
