Photoshop doesn't recognize image when I export; keeps trying to export blank/transparent background

Note: This is happening on all PSD files that I have.

I'm trying to export a couple of images from an artboard I made in Photoshop. But it's not recognizing the images/layers. Instead it keeps trying to export a blank background:

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi gaoiav,

Please let us know the version of Photoshop you are using now? It should be updated to the latest version CC 2017.1.1

Also, you may try an reset the Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps. refer: Preferences in Photoshop

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Mohit
