I use the digital signature on my Architect seal. When I send the individual files to clients for printing, they like to combine intto a sigle PDF for ease of printing. This erases my signature and makes the drawing invalid. Is there anyway to make a comb

Only as a part of a Portfolio. This is actually one of the features of a digital signature, it prevents the file from being edited in any way, to ensure that the file you're seeing is actually what has been signed.
