Hi, I have my site set to fixed width ... However, my nav bar and footer is set to stretch to browser width. Why when I view my design from a smaller desktop screen is this cut off? Thx! Randy
Elements, which are set to browser width on a fixed width page, stretch to browser width, as long as the browser width is wider than the page width. If you drag the browser window smaller than the page width, these elements will be cut off. But this is normal behaviour of fixed width pages.
You can simply verify this by dragging the scrubber (this grey handle top right of the breakpoint bar) inwards.

One of the CSS rules for the main content is quite likely overriding the other stuff. Impossible to be more specific without knowing exact settings/ seeing your site.

Think it must of been a browser issue ... Because everything seem to be rendering fine now. Build in a traditional 960 Pixel grid. So, was somehow confused as traditional 14" laptops render at 1080. Thanks for your help.
