Skybox plugins

Has anyone have the skybox plugins.I have waited long enough for an email but I need these plugins by tomorrow. Can someone help me with this.

Adobe doesn't provide support for Skybox plugins at the moment.

I have already contacted Mettle, and they told me to contact Adobe. Also, the e-mail from adobe says in no longer than a week. Why are you giving wrong information on your e-mail responses?

I'm not staff, but Mettle has been sending these out. Every so often we hear from someone who is not getting the link promptly, but generally they send the link within a day or two.

How do you get the link? do I send an email and how is it suppose to be written?
