Hello, I purchased an Adobe Premiere Pro Subscription in February of this year (2017). I opened it last week, it crashed, and now the Creative Cloud App wants me to download the free trial and doesn't recognize that I have already bought a subscription. Adobe Premiere works fine on my laptop but on my computer it doesn't work. Is there anything that I can do to get this fixed?

Hi,

Please rename the Sl store folder:

Windows: Navigate to C:/ProgramData\Adobe\ (Program data is hidden Folder) and rename Slstore it to Slstore.old

Mac: Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore.

Please note: Renaming this might affect the licensing of the older perpetual products( If any), and you might have to re-serialize them again.

Hope this helps!

Regards

Kanika

Hi Dave,

Thank you for your answer.

I tried everything in this article, but it still doesn't work.

What can I do ? Is there anyone at the Customer Service that I can contact ?
