Hello!
Please help me! I am not a newbie.
I cannot run Topaz ReMask 5.0.1 as a part of Photoshop CC 2017 action.
It is no problem to run ReMask as a plugin or stand alone program.
Also, I can run all other Topaz plugins (like Adjust or Clean) as a part of an action. But not ReMask.
All plugins are in the same directory... I already put TopazRemaskAutomation.8li and tlremask5ps_x64.8bf in
c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017\Plug-Ins\.."
No result.
When I run an action with ReMask inside it - Photoshop just acts like nothing happens. Photoshop action doesn't see ReMask.
When I run ReMask plugin in Photoshop - it works properly.
What should I do to fix it and run Topaz ReMask as a part of an action?

Thank you but all my Topaz plugins are installed fine. And most of them work as part of the action. ReMask is the only exception. I need to integrate ReMask into an action workflow.

If the makers of the plugin did not create the plugin as recordable (or possibly did not update it for the most current Photoshop version) you probably should take that up with them.

Were you able to record the use of the plugin in previous versions of Photoshop?

Thank you for answering! Except for CC2017, I tried only on CS6 .... and no it doesn't work either.

Then it seems likely the plugin was not designed to be used in Actions.
Should it run automatically or is user input necessary anyway?
If so you could try if »Insert Menu item« can include it in the Action.

User input is necessary... I tried Insert Menu item... but it doesn't work.

The issue seems to be with the plugin, not Photoshop, so you may want to tale it up with the makers of the plugin.

I also think so. I will ask them. Thank you for answering!
