Pen Pressure Not Working

I'm trying to teach myself Photoshop (CS6) and I noticed that I have no pen pressure. I've looked up a way to fix this but something is wrong. The little tab to turn on the pen pressure won't do anything, it's grayed out. So I went to Brushes and I'm trying to do the Shape Dynamics fix but the Control won't let me select pen pressure. It as well won't let me do anything and is grayed out. I use a wacom intuos tablet and I've tried updating the driver but that didn't work.

Please make sure that "Use windows ink" is enabled in the Tablet control panel. Refer this article Tablet support for Photoshop on Windows 8 and let us know if that helps.
