Turn notification tone off

I just got the latest update of Cloud and for the first time I'm getting a tone that sounds when a file is changed. I used to just get the desktop flag. I want to turn that tone off, but in preferences it only lists Show OS notifications.I still want to see them but I don't want to hear them. Any ideas?
